Pipeline Surge is a fast-growing remote agency that builds marketing, CRM, and automation systems for businesses.

Our work sits at the intersection of funnel implementation, CRM setup, automation, lead management, booking systems, client onboarding, and revenue operations.

We are looking for someone who can own the technical buildout behind these systems and help us deliver clean, reliable infrastructure across internal and client-facing projects.

The Opportunity

More than a VA role — own real technical systems.

This is not a basic virtual assistant role.

You’ll be working directly on real business systems, helping build funnels, CRM structures, automations, forms, workflows, and backend infrastructure that support marketing and operational execution.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to become extremely strong at marketing operations, automation, funnel implementation, and technical fulfillment inside a fast-moving agency environment.

What You’ll Own

Your responsibility is simple: build and maintain the technical systems that support marketing operations, lead management, booking flows, CRM processes, and follow-up workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build funnels inside GoHighLevel from start to finish
  • Set up forms and connect them to the CRM
  • Create and organize CRM pipelines
  • Set up automation workflows inside GHL
  • Connect tools using Zapier and Make.com
  • Set up email and SMS reminder sequences
  • Install and customize GHL snapshots
  • Help configure domains, email sending, and basic technical settings
  • Test funnels and automations before handoff
  • Fix bugs, broken links, automation issues, and workflow gaps
  • Document what you build so systems are easy to reuse
  • Work across multiple projects at the same time
Requirements

Must-Have Requirements

Hands-on GoHighLevel experience is non-negotiable.

Basic no-code web development
AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
Remote work experience
Ability to manage your own tasks
Clear communication with clients or internal teams

You do not need to be a senior developer, but you must be technically sharp, reliable, and able to figure things out quickly.

Working Hours

This is a full-time remote role. You must be available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

You can work from anywhere, but we are especially interested in candidates based in Nigeria.
